Measurements
To ensure proper fitting, measure the skater's height, girth, bust, waist, and hips.
When measuring the girth, place the tape on the shoulder and drop the tape down the back of the body, over the upper buttocks, between the upper thighs, and around the front of the body until the starting point is reached. When measuring the bust, the skater will relax their arms at their sides and pull the tape across the fullest part of the bust. When measuring the waist, have the skater bend to one side to find the natural crease of their waist. This is the slimmest part of the waist. Measure across at this point keeping the tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room. When measuring the hips, the skater will stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of the hips and rear allowing the tape to brush across both hipbones. |
